ADU Permits Surge Across California - Poised to Grow Even More

Last year, 1 in 5 new home permits in California were for Accessory Dwelling Units (ADUs).

And with cities like San Jose adopting even more progressive ADU policies, we’re poised to see those numbers grow even more in the near future.
